There are three steps to select the right partner:

A. Partner Selection

Propose, select and start with a Distributor approved by the Company

  • National research to evaluate and recommend the best options

  • Present different alternatives of Distributors to select

  • Set up relationship with Distributor, lead negotiations on terms & conditions

  • Recommend market strategy (channel, portfolio, pricing)

B. Contract Support

  • Support in negotiation conditions

  • Assist in the signing of the letter of intent

C. Other Service Contracts

Merchandising:

  • Support in recommending the best way to manage merchandisers

  • How to contract & monitor them

  • Cost

  • Any other support needed by the Company to run the business
