- Set up relationship with Distributor, lead negotiations on terms & conditions
- Recommend market strategy (channel, portfolio, pricing)
- Support in negotiation conditions
- Assist in the signing of the letter of intent

Merchandising:

- Support in recommending the best way to manage merchandisers
- How to contract & monitor them
- Cost
- Any other support needed by the Company to run the business
